Navigating life with a spinal cord injury can be overwhelming, especially when you’re searching for reliable support. That’s what motivated me to create this curated list of nonprofits, disability resources, and mental health services. Some of these resources I’ve used personally, while others come highly recommended by friends in the disability community.
